Riesling from the picture book.

Concentrated in the fruit, playful in the mouth, long on the palate. Pure apricot. A wine full of tension and pressure. Dense and elegant.

Never obtrusive, rather delicate and filigree. The south-facing steep vineyards with an incline of up to 50% are laid out in stone terraces. They have massive crystalline and conglomerate soils with partly sandy loess layers.

An artificial irrigation system protects against drought damage. Above all, the Riesling variety is cultivated here. The name commemorates a poor farmer who sold his dog during the famine.

This crisp, fleshy and silky white wine is light-footed and multi-faceted on the palate. With its concise fruit acidity, the Steiner Hund Riesling reveals itself wonderfully fresh and lively on the palate.

In the finish, this white wine from the Kremstal wine-growing region delights with its considerable length. Once again there are hints of physalis and papaya. Mineral notes from the soil, which is dominated by loess and sand, join in the aftertaste.
