The Strehn winery stands for pure, straightforward and individual Blaufränkisch. A family business in the best sense.

Pia, Patrick, Andy and Monika, who get involved with a lot of wine expertise and enjoy being together, cultivate around 50 hectares of vineyards with vines up to 60 years old in Central Burgenland, the "Blaufränkischland".

As different as the careers and skills of each individual are, everyone agrees when it comes to the things that really count when working with wine:

Sustainable management of the vineyards, the different processing of the different grape varieties and locations, restraint in the cellar, continuous learning and permanent further development.

Grape varieties: Blaufränkisch, Zweigelt, St. Laurent, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Pinot Noir, Syrah, Chardonnay and Welschriesling.
