Fruit, whether berries or fruits, also of exotic origin, requires sweetness in the wine. More or less is a question of ripeness in the fruit and the wine. Sweet foamers are also a good choice.
Youthful, delicately fruity late harvests are popular with less sweet creams, for example. With a lot of cream and few fruits, more acid is suitable, i.e. Rieslings or Sauvignon Blanc.
