Taste: | Wonderfully fresh and harmonious on the palate with lots of ripe fruit, inviting acidity and a creamy glaze underlaid with fine spice, Powidl, sour cherry, some chamomile, grapefruit, gummy bears, something of roses, figs, slightly salty minerals. |
Expansion: | 2 months on the fine lees. |
Vinification: | Traditional mash fermentation in steel tanks at 30 °C, maceration 14 days, followed by malolactic fermentation. |
Floor: | Loess-like Chernosem from sandy loam with a high proportion of gravel, sandy soil, black earth from loamy silt with a high proportion of gravel. |
