Adonis - God of beauty and vegetation and one of Aphrodite's lovers...or a wine of infinite beauty!
Adonis the dry Riesling from the small side valley, which runs almost parallel to the world-famous "Scharzhof" and "Braunfels" sites. Good acid structure, harmoniously integrated make the Adonis a top-class dry wine typical of the Saar. Brown weathered slate soils and an almost perfect exposure to the sun make this location extremely exciting. Once the late frosts are over, aromatic, physiologically perfectly ripe grapes grow here.
Dry, salty, mineral and with a strong body.

A dream of a Riesling: grown on old vines, with an exciting taste of green apple and green tea and a nuance of white flowers, slightly smoky, mineral-salty and a background residual sweetness.
