A Miracle in Velvet and Silk from the Priory .
A very floral, pure Carignan. Spontaneously fermented - pure terroir.
Expanded only in the large, 10-year-old Fuder. For this barren, extremely hot region with nothing but shale and a scorching sun, the wine is a marvel in velvet and silk
Due to the orientation of the vineyard to the south, it brings more freshness and vibration than the Arbossar - unbelievable.

Taste: | Extremely expressive, spicy and full-bodied. The tannin is perfectly integrated and finely polished. Blackberry, dark cherry and crisp slate shine alongside notes of oak. Long aftertaste. |

60 year old vines. These are in vineyards 400 meters above sea level, where they produce highly aromatic berries under the hot Priorat sun. After the careful harvest by hand, Dominik Huber presses the whole fruit and ferments the Dits del Terra with the help of wild vineyard yeasts. He then presses the mash and ferments the wine a second time. 16 months in oak barrels and cement complete the red wine. |
