Eye: Deep dark ruby ​​garnet with a black core, violet reflections and delicate lightening of the edges.
Nose: Wonderful fruit bomb nose of black cherries, blackberries, plums, some currant, elegant herbal spices, coffee beans, tobacco, a hint of coconut, gingerbread, cloves, fine hint of cinnamon, chocolate.
Taste: All the elegant power of this wonderful Zweigelt unfolds on the palate! Dense, powerful, pleasantly soft tanning grip, fleshy texture and fresh acid structure with subtle salty minerality, again lots of fruit on the whole palate, cherry confit reminiscent of Mon-Cherie, cassis, blackberries, blueberries, slightly greasy, fine pepper, coffee beans, light tobacco notes, great Roasted aromas, again coconut, nougat, some liquorice, cinnamon and also inviting eucalyptus and pleasant herbal spice, lingers for an extremely long time, juicy and dense, full-bodied and extremely elegant.
Expansion: 24 months in small oak barrels (100% new wood).
Vinification: Traditional mash fermentation in steel tanks at 30 °C, maceration 18 days, followed by malolactic fermentation.
