Description
LA NOUVELLE VAGUE by Hecht & Bannier.
1% for the planet
For every bottle sold, 1% of the turnover goes to "Surfrider Foundation Europe".

When Gregory Hecht and Francois Bannier founded their Négociants winery in the early 2000s, they wanted to breathe new life into the old wine-growing Midi. Influenced by their experiences in other regions and countries, they wanted to create a fruity wine made from organically grown grapes, with no clarification, just a light filtration.
The "New Wave of Wine" (French: "nouvelle vague du vin") quickly found favor with the critics, so that the two winegrowers were dubbed the "Wine Beach Boys". As a nod to the old surfers, Hecht&Bannier envisioned the wines of the Nouvelle Vague line.
Nouvelle Vague Blanc is of course also from organically certified cultivation. The selection comes from cooler terroirs where the potential must sugar levels are not as high. The cool fermentation receives a maximum of freshness and liveliness.
