The blend of 70% Chardonnay from the best crus in the Côte de Blancs and 30% Pinot Noir. The Brimoncourt 2009 Vintage is an exceptional champagne that is characterized by remarkable freshness and seductive aromas thanks to twelve invaluable years of aging in the cellar.

Eye: Luminous golden color with a grandiose, fine-pearl perlage.
Nose:

Ripe complex aromas of buttercream, Williams pear, ripe apple with acacia blossom.

Taste:

Restrained mousseux, creamy, juicy acidity on the palate. In the finale, a spicy aftertaste with a medium length.
