Its intense cherry red color reflects all the vibrancy and intensity of the great 2018 vintage, preserving all the nuances of a wine in its juvenile stage.

Its aromatic composition shows great richness and complexity. The notes of black forest fruits mingle with sensations of ripe fruit, liquorice and a spicy character that enriches the aromatic mosaic. Also noteworthy are the notes of vanilla and cocoa that come from aging in French oak barrels. On the palate it is a very enveloping wine, with great structure and very persistent; the result of its good acidity.

It is a wine that combines the power of the Mediterranean character with the freshness of organic viticulture, achieving a perfect sensory balance. Its velvety character makes it a very pleasant wine with an elegant finish and a long finish.

Nose: Intense and complex aroma composition with notes of violets and lavender, black and berry fruits like
Plums, blackberries and currants, hints of holm oak and Mediterranean maquis, menthol and eucalyptus notes reminiscent of freshness. Pepper, mature cheese, subtle and very well integrated wood. It contains sweet tones of spices, vanilla, coconut and chocolate from aging in the best French oak barrels.
Taste: On the palate, the wine is very voluminous, fleshy, with silky tannins, full-bodied and with a strong acidity that accompanies it throughout. The presence of black fruit is complemented by notes of black olives and spices

Vinification: 12 months barrique aging in French oak barrels. For the pressing, the complex "Mètode Gravetat" is used, which starts at the highest point of the bodega and presses the must of the wines from the grapes exclusively with the help of gravity. The grapes and the mash only follow the natural force of gravity. Mechanical pumps are not used in order to elicit the finest nuances of flavor from the grapes with the least amount of mechanical stress.
