Description
The "Vols" - fillet piece in the Braunfels ...
The best parcels of the vineyard are right next to the dome next to the Scharzhofberger. They are also known by the name " Vols ". The origin of the name comes from the dialect of the word "Fools". One might assume that it simply means rock.
Located below the Scharzhofberg, you can also experience an excellent Riesling from the gray slate here. With yields of 40-50 hl/ha and the spontaneous fermentation with subsequent 6-month fine yeast storage, which is usual for the Weber brothers, they work out the special features of this unique terroir.
Juicy pineapple, peach and herbal aromas are characteristic of this location.
