100% Callet ... Can Axartell presents Mallorca's autochthonous grape variety.
The 'Terrum' presents itself in deep cherry red with light purple reflections. The scent of this wine, which was vinified from the autochthonous grape variety Callet, is characterized by sour cherries, red and dark berries. Above that are notes of flowers and herbs: thyme plays just as important a role as a hint of laurel and juniper. With a little air, fruit and herbs mingle with notes of cinnamon and chocolate, dry earth and scrub.

Taste: | On the palate, the 'Terrum' offers a lot of freshness with ripe, juicy fruit at the same time. The Callet is as transparent as a Pinot with Power and clarity, lively acidity and a distinctive but mature tannin structure. The wood is subtle and structuring used without ever coming to the fore. With the 'Terrum' the callet shows its full character - it is silky, elegant, lively and aromatic. |

Vinification: | 12 months barrique aging in French oak barrels. For the pressing, the complex "Mètode Gravetat" is used, which starts at the highest point of the bodega and presses the must of the wines from the grapes exclusively with the help of gravity. The grapes and the mash only follow the natural force of gravity. Mechanical pumps are not used in order to elicit the finest nuances of flavor from the grapes with the least amount of mechanical stress |
