Eye: Deep, dark ruby ​​red with a black core and a delicate violet rim lightening.
Nose: Inviting dark, ripe fruit on the nose, complex berry basket, cherry liqueur, roasted plums, black currants, smoky and greasy with great herbal spices, hint of Pina Colada, subtle notes of eucalyptus, vanilla, coconut and pleasant roasted aromas, black olives, Black Forest cherry.
Taste: Very powerful and juicy on the palate, strong fruit bouquet of ripe dried fruit as well as sour cherries, blackberries and blueberries, smoked meat, red peppers, cloves, pipe tobacco, cassis, some nougat, fresh mint in the aftertaste, well integrated juicy tannins, dense and elegant body , creamy, full-bodied, wonderfully harmonious interplay of roasted aromas, extract sweetness and acidity, sticks forever.
Expansion: 12 months in small oak barrels (100% new wood).
