Carefully matured in barriques, the Lo Cortinel.Lo shows a delicately fruity aroma with noble roasted aromas. This is accompanied by an elegant, fragrant and delicately exotic fruit. The taste is lush, enveloping, incredibly intense and full of delicacy.

A wine that is one of the best in the world! Liquid gold. Pure elegance and depth. Bottle aging as usual only with exceptional red wines.

Grape Varieties : Giro Ros, Chardonnay, Viognier
Vintage: 2018
Growing area: THU Plà I Llevant - Majorca
Analytical Profile: Alcohol: 15.0% vol. ; Residual sugar: 4.43 g/l ; Acid: 6.4 g/l
drinking temperature: 10°C - 14°C
Eye: Clear lemon yellow.
Nose: Intense aromas of ripe fruit and wild flowers. Light vanilla flavors.
Taste: Full body with aromas of wildflowers and ripe exotic fruits. Long finish. Creamy.
Vinification:

First selection of the grapes in the vineyard and later manual selection. The grapes are pressed slowly. Fermentation in new French oak barrels of 225 and 500 liters. Six months in barrel. Clarification with vegetable proteins and bentonite.

Then: 6 months aging in bottle.

ORGANIC and vegan.
Enjoyment: The Lo Cortinel.Lo goes well with fish specialties and crustaceans, veal, saffron sauces but also with Kobe. The wine for unforgettable moments!
