Carefully matured in barriques, the Lo Cortinel.Lo shows a delicately fruity aroma with noble roasted aromas. This is accompanied by an elegant, fragrant and delicately exotic fruit. The taste is lush, enveloping, incredibly intense and full of delicacy.

First selection of the grapes in the vineyard and later manual selection. The grapes are pressed slowly. Fermentation in new French oak barrels of 225 and 500 liters. Six months in barrel. Clarification with vegetable proteins and bentonite. Then: 6 months aging in bottle. ORGANIC and vegan. |
