Expansion:	12 months in 1/3 new barrique and 2/3 used barrique barrels.
Enjoyment:	A great accompaniment to Wiener Schnitzel or fried chicken with cranberries, but also to various pasta dishes, risotto with mushrooms and also to roasts or poultry from the oven.
