Taste: | Wonderful concentration of berries on the palate, balanced texture, full-bodied, round and juicy, plums and herbal spices, smooth tannins, espresso and vanilla, juicy ripe wild cherries, black currant, mineral, some nougat and precious wood spice in the aftertaste, delicate extract-sweet notes. |
Expansion: | 12 months in small oak barrels. |
Vinification: | Traditional mash fermentation in steel tanks at 30 °C, maceration 14 days, followed by malolactic fermentation. |
