The Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence vineyards are planted on a limestone plateau that stretches from the north of the city to the River Durance.
The vines benefit from a Mediterranean climate that favors agriculture in full respect of the environment.
With notable periods of sunshine and cool summer nights, here are the best conditions for making complex and aromatic rosés.
