Description
The Sauvignon Blanc, matured in a 500l oak barrel, presents itself with an intense lemon yellow colour. The style of aging is reflected in the scent of vanilla and ripe fruits such as apple and apricot.
A scent of apple, lemon, fresh grass and grapefruit develops on the nose. Refined on the palate with sweet ripe fruit of white peach, passion fruit and gooseberry, all supported by noticeable acidity. Good reverberation.
On the palate it impresses with aromas of mango, coconut and the typical bouquet of passion fruit. The taste impresses with the pairing of soft, mature notes and a light and therefore harmonious acidity.
