An elegant wine with a unique minerality and a silky mouthfeel.

Grape variety :	85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Carmenere

Analytical Profile:	Alcohol: 14.0% vol. ; Residual sugar: 3.12 g/l ; Acid: 5.10 g/l
Color:	Ruby red.
Nose:	Aromas of red and black fruits such as raspberries, plums and blackberries. Notes of fresh spices appear, along with nuts and a slight hint of mocha from the French casks.
Taste:	An elegant wine with a unique minerality and a silky mouthfeel. Clear structure with soft and slightly tight tannins, together with a balanced acidity that creates a grandiose wine with an unforgettable long finish.

Expansion:	The individual lots of vines are harvested when they are optimally ripe and fermented on the yeasts. Responsible for the vinification of the Vik "A" is Cristian Vallejo. Aged in barriques (15 months).
